Horseleg Plantation Country Club, is a Semi-Private, 18 hole golf course located in Rome, Georgia.
Horseleg Plantation Golf Course first opened for play in 1956.
The front nine is narrow, while its back nine is wide open. Since the terrain is somewhat hilly you can expect many up and downhill lies. Water hazards (lakes) come into play on five to seven holes, including the signature hole, #17, a 145-yard, par 3, requiring a carry over a lake on the tee shot.

The course closed in 2012.
Horseleg golf club reportedly sold in 2013 for $1.25 million. The investor plans to re-open as special events, swim and tennis facility.
